DJH, backed by private equity firm Tenzing, has appointed Colette Lennon as Director of its Altrincham office. Lennon will focus on expanding local networks and introducing specialist services—including tax and estate planning and HR support—to boost regional revenues by 10% to £2.4m in her first year.
Driving Service Diversification and Community Engagement
Lennon brings nearly 30 years of accountancy experience, including four years in Brussels and eight years as Client Director at Bennett Brooks. At DJH, she intends to leverage the firm’s full suite of services:

Since joining the group in September 2023, the 28-strong Altrincham team has provided audit, accounting, tax, estate planning, and advisory services to SMEs, large corporates, and private clients across education, property, manufacturing, and the not-for-profit sectors. DJH has grown through 13 acquisitions over four years to a 640-person multidisciplinary firm serving the North West, Yorkshire, Midlands, and South East.
