Exacta Technologies, the custom hardware and high-performance server specialist, has achieved 25% revenue growth in the first half of 2025 and expanded its workforce by 31%, bringing total headcount to 68 as it pursues a £20 million turnover target for the year.

Rapid Growth Fueled by Global Demand

Since its founding in 2001, Exacta Technologies has delivered bespoke server solutions to clients worldwide, including Boeing UK, Smoothwall, and Calnex. After hitting a record £16.5 million turnover in 2024, the company accelerated into 2025:

  • 25% uplift in H1 revenues
  • On track for £20 million full-year turnover
  • Sustained year-on-year growth over two decades

“Over the course of the last two decades, the foundation of our success has been centred around our active relationships with customers, partners and industry decision makers. Workforce Expansion in the South West

To support rising production demands, Exacta has grown its Bristol-based team by nearly a third:

  • 31% headcount increase, now 68 employees
  • Creation of new roles across engineering, manufacturing, and support
  • Continued investment in South West job growth

Strengthening Local Partnerships

Reinforcing its commitment to the region, Exacta has secured a multi-year shirt sleeve sponsorship with Bristol City Football Club for the 2025/26 season and extended its support for the North Somerset Regional Talent Centre for another year.

“Although our expansion into global territories such as the US is vital for the long-term success of Exacta Technologies, our wider support and expansion here in the South West is crucial. I’m proud of our recent partnerships with Bristol City and North Somerset RTC to enhance our community presence in the South West and support in the development of grassroots sports initiatives”, added Rogers.

These local collaborations reflect Exacta’s dual focus on international growth and regional impact as it scales production to meet global customer demand.
