Mediazoo Joins Skills Symphony Consortium to Transform Workplace Learning

Mediazoo, the learning and communications specialist, has become a founding member of Skills Symphony, a new consortium of training providers aimed at overhauling how organisations upskill and reskill their workforces. Skills Symphony unites experts in learning design, delivery, technology, and strategy to offer end-to-end solutions—from bespoke course development to fully managed learning services.

In response to rapid AI advances and evolving talent needs, Skills Symphony’s network of founding partners—including KPMG UK, Cambridge Judge Business School, FutureLearn, Pearson, and MindGym—will collaborate to deliver adaptable, future-focused learning programmes. By combining diverse expertise under one umbrella, the consortium seeks to help businesses and public sector bodies stay ahead of change.

“For us, this is about more than just training, it’s about transformation. In an era of rapid AI expansion and usage, businesses need a trusted partner to help them adapt and evolve to the current needs and challenges ahead. As a founding member, we’re proud to be that helping hand, meeting people where they are and guiding them toward where they want to be. Skills Symphony will reimagine how learning is delivered and experienced with real support, practical skills, and the confidence to lead through change.”
Giles Smith, CEO, Mediazoo

“We’re proud to be one of the founding members of Skills Symphony—a bold collaboration that’s changing how workplace learning works. We’re delighted to join forces with fellow founding members. Together, we’re combining the rigour of behavioural science with immersive, tech-powered storytelling to create visceral learning experiences—the kind that don’t just inform but transform. This is learning that moves people, shifts behaviour, and gets results.”
Christoffer Ellehuus, CEO, MindGym

Skills Symphony will launch its first joint offerings later this year, with programmes designed to integrate cutting-edge learning technologies, AI-driven content, and practical coaching to empower organisations and their people through ongoing digital and cultural transformation.
