Lancashire-based technology firm, Envirovue, has appointed leading executive coach Dale Harrison as its bespoke business training partner following a projected annual growth of 100 percent by the end of the 2025/26 financial year.
Dale set up his executive coaching company, Evolution Happens, in 2021 and will work with the waste specialists at Envirovue to oversee and deliver strategic management transition coaching and training.
Throughout the newly launched partnership, Dale will deliver two bespoke coaching programmes over the coming year. Each programme will focus on providing pivotal support to prepare managers for the next level of seniority as the business continues to grow.
With more than 15 years of experience as a successful quality, operational and HR professional in multiple sectors, Dale transitioned into business coaching and training four years ago and has accrued a 4.9 rating across global coaching platforms.
