de Novo Solutions Restructures Leadership to Accelerate Growth

de Novo Solutions, the award-winning Welsh technology firm specialising in Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow implementations, has reorganised into three business units and promoted key executives to support its next phase of expansion.

Having achieved nearly £10 million in revenues for 2024–25 and earned a place on the Sunday Times 100 Fastest Growing Companies 2025, de Novo has seen strong demand for its Oracle Cloud application services, its Value as a Service™ managed support, and its offshore R&D centre in Chennai, India. Earlier this year, the company also announced plans to move into business process outsourcing for payroll, with future extensions into HR and finance services for schools and multi-academy trusts.

To underpin this growth, de Novo has created three operational divisions and elevated two senior leaders:

  • Tom Mann is promoted to Chief Operations Officer, de Novo Consulting Services UK.
  • Ramya Govindarajan becomes Chief Operations Officer, de Novo Solutions India.

Meanwhile, Tara Dewar, formerly Chief Operations Officer, will lead the newly formed de Novo Business Cloud Services, responsible for launching the AI-driven shared-services platform later in 2026. All units will continue under the de Novo Solutions brand.
