MetaWealth Distributes $1 Million in Real-World Asset Yield to Token Holders

MetaWealth, the tokenized real estate platform, has reached a milestone by passing $1 million in rental income through to its global token holders. This achievement underscores the performance of MetaWealth’s income-producing properties and its ongoing commitment to accessible, fractional real-world asset (RWA) investing.

MetaWealth’s recent distribution followed a payout of over $37,000 earlier this month, all generated by mature, revenue-yielding assets in its portfolio. While these established properties have delivered steady returns, the majority of MetaWealth’s $50 million-plus in tokenized holdings remain in development—most notably Domus Nova, its latest Rome-based project actively raising investment. Additional European real estate offerings are slated to launch on the platform in the coming months.

“Paying out over $1 million in rental income is a major milestone for MetaWealth and the RWA community, and is proof that the future of investing is tokenization. We’re empowering both individuals and institutions to grow their wealth through fractional investments in quality real estate. Through tokenization, we’re increasing the liquidity and accessibility of real estate, bringing institutional-grade assets to every investor. And this is just the beginning—our goal is to reshape how all market participants interact with income-generating assets.”
Amr Adawi, Co-Founder and CEO, MetaWealth

Since its 2023 launch, MetaWealth has enabled fractional stakes from $100, allowing everyday and institutional investors to share in property yields across markets including Greece, Italy, Romania, and Spain. Monthly distributions, paid in USD via the Solana blockchain, offer a reliable income stream once each asset moves into revenue-generating operation.

Founded by Amr Adawi, Darren Carvalho, and Michael Topolinski, MetaWealth combines real estate, fintech, and blockchain expertise. With tokens held in 23 countries, the platform recently secured its Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) licence and is preparing its MiCAR submission to expand compliance across Europe. MetaWealth already ranks among the top fifteen RWA protocols, with institutional backers such as European Fund Manager APS investing $3.4 million in tokenized property on the platform.

By blending blockchain transparency with traditional property income, MetaWealth aims to democratize access to stable, income-producing real assets—ushering in a new era for both retail and professional investors.
